The House

This ancient Engadine house will welcome you with its style; the wooden stube and the bedrooms are all lined with solid stone pine from 1900, and the floors are made of natural stone. The B&B is located in the center of the village of Lavin, but you can enjoy the splendid panoramic view of the valley and the surrounding mountains. On the terrace, you can have breakfast in the sun, and in the garden, you can enjoy nature until sunset. The living room “Stuva”, the large entrance hall “Suler”, and the dining room will welcome you, your family, and friends.

The Rooms

The five bedrooms are all antique and lined with wood. Sleeping here is wonderful. Four old beds have new single mattresses and are put together as double beds. Two single beds are separate. Some rooms have a small sofa. The kitchen is simple but has everything you need. The bathrooms are the weak point of the house. They are clean and practical but there are only two on the ground floor.

Guests Access

The residence spans four floors; our esteemed guests can use the two central floors, which include bedrooms and living rooms. The cellars and attics, full of treasures, remain closed and private. The house is very large and spacious, cozy and full of character. It is an elderly noble lady that shows some signs of age and requires due respect.
