This apartment with stunning lake view on the lake of Sankt Moritz, had a heavily decorated character that needed to be renovated and adapted to the more up to date needs of the new young owners. This lead to a more coherent use of natural wood and engadiner wall plaster, keeping the existing floor but with a completely new kitchen open on the living space. Right in the middle of the pandemic the collaboration with the clients who are living in the far east, has made it more difficult to proceed and we have realized only half of the foreseen project.
